RESERVATION CONFIRMATION AND RENTAL AGREEMENT

ARRIVAL:

Check-in is anytime after 2:00 P.M. Directions will be provided after you have agreed to all terms and conditions described below. A confirmation e-mail will be sent once everything is in order. Please call us between 2:30 & 6:00 pm upon arrival for access to the front door key. If you expect to arrive later, please let us know while making your reservation. It is your responsibility to call prior to 6:00 pm. We will not be held responsible nor will we offer a refund to those not contacting us prior to 6:00 pm on the arrival date.

DEPARTURE:

Check-out is by 12:00 noon. If you must leave earlier than your reserved date there will not be a refund. Before departure we request that all dishes and cookware be washed and put away, garbage must be sealed in bags and left in outside containers. A minimum fee of €50.00 will be charged if excessive cleaning is required. Lights, television and other appliances should be off. Windows and doors should be locked. Fireplaces should not be left burning and central heating must be turned off prior to departure. Furniture must be returned to its original position if moved. Any wet towels should be placed in the shower. We must insist on a prompt check-out at 12:00 noon., no exceptions. Upon your departure, the chalet will be checked for damages or the need for excessive cleaning. Any damages or additional cleaning charges incurred during your stay will be billed to the credit card on file.

PROHIBITIONS:

Please note that there is a very high risk of fire. Due to fire department laws, outside barbeques are prohibited in the forest.

All units are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on outside decks & porches only.

If smoking is detected within the cabin you will be charged €100 for deep cleaning.

OCCUPANCY/PET POLICY:

This unit must not be occupied by more persons than registered. Everyone aged 13 and over is considered an adult and should be so indicated when making the reservation. The charge for any unregistered persons is €25.00 per person, per night. Occupancy by more people than are registered is a violation of the rental agreement, subjecting all guests to immediate eviction without refund. This is NOT a party house. If you are found to be having a party on the premises you will be asked to leave with no refund. Finally, we apologise as no pets are allowed on the premises.

PAYMENT, CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES:

All stays must be paid in full at least 2 days prior to arrival. Failure to pay the balance by the date due can result in the cancellation of your reservation. The balance can be paid by Revolut, Bank transfer. You can also settle payment by special arrangement after direct communication with us.

Cancellations are permitted free of charge if made at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellation requests made 15 - 30 days prior to the arrival date will be charged at 50% of the initial price. Cancellations made 15 days or less will be charged the full amount. There will be no refund in the event of early departure.

You MUST send us the cancellation in writing.

Reservations may be changed free of charge, provided that the request for change of dates is made at least 15 days prior to your originally scheduled arrival date. We can only allow one reservation change and only if new dates allow for such change. Any rescheduled Reservation is automatically non-cancellable and non-refundable. Cancellations due to weather conditions are handled as any other cancellation. Four-wheel drive or chains are highly recommended from December to March if snow or ice is predicted.

Notice: This property is private AND management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for accidents or injuries or for loss of money, jewelry, or other valuables.
